“Tom definitely delivered the perfect atmosphere for my 40th birthday party. All my guests loved Tom’s setlists, including some who hadn’t seen him perform before. The dance floor was constantly full, and I loved the personal touch of the cassette tapes for DJ requests. Tom and his team made the booking process so easy. Considering my visual impairment and dyslexia, everything was straightforward and easy to understand. You definitely made this milestone birthday one to remember in all the right ways possible. "We chose Tom to play at our wedding at Newton Hall in Alnwick last week and we couldn't be any happier with our choice. Tom was fantastic. His communication throughout was faultless, he listened to our requests and took on board our taste in music. Tom did 3 x 60 minute sets at our wedding reception and DJ'd in between and he was so fun. Despite having an intimate wedding with only 30 guests, there was always someone up on the dance floor and those who chose not to dance were singing along in their seats. His musical ability is impeccable and his voice is incredible. All our guests complimented our evening entertainment and it's still being talked about now. "Where to start to give Tom a rating? Tom provided the music all afternoon and into the evening for a wedding vow party for my son Chris and his wife Sarah. As a result of COVID they did not experience the wedding they originally planned. We therefore had a party where they could share their vows, not just with each other but with the family too. Tom played as they joined each other for their vows and then sang beautifully as they shared their first dance. Throughout the event he played and sang and gauged his audience brilliantly with a wide range of music that we all enjoyed. We sang along and danced and had an absolutely marvellous time. Tom really threw himself into it and made the day really special for us all. Thank you Tom, you were amazing and we would definitely recommend you to anyone who needs entertainment for an event."

"I booked Tom for my husband’s 40th birthday, and he was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! He brought the energy, the vocals, the fun and totally exceeded our expectations. He sang everything from Barbie Girl (yes, really!), to Eminem, and even hit the emotional heights with “Bring Him Home”. His range and versatility are just incredible. The whole night was full of laughter, dancing, and unforgettable moments, all thanks to him. He got everyone involved, read the room perfectly, and truly made the night epic. "I had been planning our garden party for well over a year. I had the marquee, the food, and the beer tents sorted — I just needed the entertainment. After a lot of researching, I came across Tom Powell Music. From first contact with Tom and Miss Bobbi-Jo to actually meeting them on the day of our party, everything went smoothly. The weather tried its best to dampen the mood, but with Tom and Miss Bobbi-Jo singing their hearts out — and not forgetting the DJing — they had the crowd on their feet dancing the night away. Our garden party will be talked about and remembered for a long time. "I honestly could not recommend Tom enough. I just so happened to stumble across him when I was searching for live acoustic wedding singers. It was important to me to have someone who could sing the love songs of our choice for the ceremony, but who could also bring the vibes during the wedding drinks reception. He did both perfectly. We picked quite different songs for the ceremony, including Edith Whiskers, and then Oasis for our departure song, and he sang them all beautifully, truly making each one his own. Throughout all our conversations from start to finish, he was so lovely and willing to take on all our ideas. I wanted an upbeat atmosphere for the drinks reception, and Tom said he would just go with the vibe of the guests — and he absolutely smashed it. We had a garden ceremony with lots of outdoor drinks and garden games, and he handled the outdoor setup fantastically, making it such a wonderful afternoon. It says a lot when the male guests could not stop dancing and singing along to the music. The guests — and Tom — were enjoying it so much that he overran his allocated time and sang right through to our wedding breakfast, which wasn’t planned but was very much appreciated. He could see how much fun everybody was having and how much they were enjoying every song. Tom also worked alongside our DJ to sing our first dance song, “Stargazing” by Myles Smith, and he absolutely smashed it. Watching the videos back, I’m so happy with how it sounded and how much he got the crowd going. When you’re in the moment, it can all feel like a blur, but the videos — and the comments from our guests — speak for themselves. I couldn’t recommend him enough. "What can I say ! Wow. I met Tom at the Newcastle Wedding Fair - I loved his personality and voice. He had great communication throughout and has offered advice. On the day he did not disappoint - as a bride you tend to miss most things as your head is in a whirlwind. As I stood at the door ready to enter - I heard Tom and he was literally everything I could ask for and more ! Throughout the day, he kept my guests entertained with a wide selection of songs, it then came to the evening ! I thought the day was good - the evening just blew me away. My husband and I walked into a packed dance floor at the beginning of the night - which is unheard of ! From that point onwards, I never saw the dance floor empty , the atmosphere was amazing - I really can not say how happy I was with Tom. And if you are able to ! the duo that can be booked are equally amazing ! Thank you."

We then I asked him to sing at my partners 40th birthday party, he was that brilliant we then asked him to perform at our wedding on the 1st of June 24. What can I say, absolutely superb.
